This Fan may be used by the customer in many different locations in the plant, in clockwise or counter clockwise configuration. Also discharge position is universal.
One Spare fan, custom built by Master Fan Corp., has some new features:
- The bearings are fully split, allowing for quick replacement without removing the drive components, guards, or the ducts.
- The wheel is also universal; meaning it can be run in CW or CCW rotation.
This allows the customer to use (1) spare fan to cover all Reverse Air Fan locations.
If the Custom Reverse Fan is used in place of a failing Fan, the customer has the option of buying another Custom Fan or to rebuild the used fan from that location, then reinstalling it during a scheduled down time
